It’s no secret anymore, but in case you’ve been hiding under a rock (or boulder) and missed the news, Uprising memberships now include access to both bouldering and yoga!!
Yoga is the push to climbing’s pull, and we love how complementary these two activities are. There is a fantastic selection of classes on offer up in the yoga studio, from physically challenging Ashtanga and core-strengthening Pilates Fusion, to relaxing Rest & Restore and everything in between. There are now additional lunchtime Yin Yang classes in the schedule too, meaning that our Off-Peak fam have even more to choose from during off-peak hours! If classes aren’t your thing, no stress – the yoga studio is also available to use for warm-ups or your personal yoga practice when there aren’t classes on.
Classes have been filling up as more and more Uprisers discover just how good this combo really is – working out to just $26/week for unlimited bouldering and yoga, we reckon it’s the best value climbing gym or yoga studio membership out there.
