Join Krista for an engaging workshop to explore some yoga practices you can easily bring into your daily life. You’ll come away with an approach that is relevant for you, including a way to match the practice to what you need on any given day. We’ll explore breath, movement, support and meditation.
First, Krista will guide you through a series of yoga practices so that you can experience these for yourself.
The second part of the workshop will look at how to bring some of these practices into your daily life, which ones to choose, and key aspects in a self-practice.
We’ll complete with a guided yoga nidra (meditation).
This is a great way to build a personal practice you can do at home or in our weekly studio group practice (Saturdays 7:00-9:00am).
New and experienced practitioners are welcome.
