Two November Workshops with Lee from ATP Coaching & Performance

This November we will be hosting two workshops from climber and coach Lee Mackintosh aka ATP Coaching & Performance.

First up we have a Climbing Injury Prevention workshop on Saturday November 23rd. 10am – 11am.
In this session you will learn how to protect your body from common climbing injuries. The workshop will explore efficient pre-climb warm ups, methods for building range of motion and tools to increase strength and stability. Most climbers experience injury set backs at some point in their climbing journey, get yourself a step ahead!

Next up we have Hangboarding for Improvers on Saturday November 30th. 10am – 11am.
Finger strength is an asset to any climber looking to push their limit and improve their performance. Hanging from a fingerboard has long been established as a simple and effective way to improve that strength, but how do you do it safely and efficiently? Aimed at climbers operating in the V3-V5 range (tags 3-6), this workshop will equip you with the knowledge needed to use hangboarding as a tool to improve as a climber and add variety to your climbing training.

Both workshops are just $20 each with your Uprising membership or $30 without.
