Celebrate summer with us by jumping into this unique yoga challenge. Set your alarm, roll out of bed, and come join us at the studio in the wee hours for an immersive Yoga experience.
This block of six sessions over three weeks will be run following our familiar ‘Your Pace’ format. This is kinda like a one-on-one but in a group setting.
There is something quite special about practising in this way; at this time of day. The studio is calm and warm. The candle is lit. We do a short chant together. Then, you begin your own specific practice.
The first couple of sessions will be about determining what aspect you would like to focus on. For instance, you might like to pursue an Ashtanga Vinyasa approach. Or, you might like to advance your understanding of a seated breath-based practice (Pranayama). Or, you might like to bring attention to a particular part of your body. Maybe, you have no idea! In this case, we are very happy to put forward some suggestions.
