Over an eight-week cycle, our expert coaches will guide you through key movement principles, helping you develop a deeper understanding of technique, energy management, and problem-solving.

Each 60-minute session focuses on a specific theme – from dynamic movement to balance, footwork and comp-style co-ordination – giving you the tools to approach a boulder with intention and creativity. You’ll get structured coaching, practical drills, and real-time feedback, whether you drop in for a single session or commit to the full cycle. With a rotating team of experienced coaches, every session brings fresh insights and progressive challenges to keep you improving.
