Ayurveda Workshop 16-17 November 2019

Two Days of delving into yoga’s sister science

Enhancing athletic performance with Ayurveda
Saturday 16 November, 2-4.30pm

Come join us as we explore this ancient health system and learn techniques for improving your athletic performance. Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, is an intuitive, individualized science that promotes optimal health, balance and vitality. The principles of Ayurveda continue to prove to be powerful in the way they affect the body and the mind.
We will discover some of the broader insights about the three main qualities of energy ( doshas ) we distinguish in Ayurveda that will enhance your inner athlete, regardless of your level of proficiency. Suitable for climbers and non-climbers.

Cultivating calm – Ayurveda and the mind
