You don’t need to be an exercise afficianado, a fitness fanatic, or have any experience at all. Our team will make sure you feel welcome from the moment you walk in and guide you through everything you need to get started.
No fancy gear is required – just clean closed toe shoes (climbing shoe hire is $5 if you want them), comfy clothes to move about in, and vague sense of adventure.
Revisiting these walls?
Welcome back! As always we have a fresh rotation of climbs twice a week… so the boulders will be new, but the vibe is still just the same! Fist bumps, crisp 5’s and swapping beta over coffee.
What about the classes?
If you want to learn as much as you can about all things bouldering and yoga – or just level up with a few one-off classes – we have you covered. Every week there are bouldering classes catering to a variety of skill levels, and multiple yoga classes EVERY DAY from traditional Ashtanga to body-strengthening Pilates Fusion. The best bit is, these are all FREE with your two week pass!
We have an incredible team of talented and knowledgeable yoga teachers and coaches, so come along to a class and get to know them.

What about the kids?
This deal applies to all ages – perfect for a wintery weekend family adventure. With your two week pass you can bring up to two Under 13’s into our kids area Blocland, for free! See our website for specific supervision ratios for U13s prior to your visit.
If you have never been to Uprising before be sure to register online before you arrive and we will take care of the rest.
