Winter can be a challenging time, help yourself stay focused and steady in your self care practices with this wholesome workshop.

Learn about and practice applying Yogic philosophy for deeper levels of self compassion and wellbeing.

In order for us to show up for others, be they loved ones or strangers, we need to ensure our own cups are full. It is the overflow, the abundance that we give away so as not to deplete our own energies. Self care practices enable us to fill our cups with an abundance of care and self love. To empower ourselves in our healing journeys that we may then support others.

We will learn about the yamas and niyamas, key elements of yoga philosophy, and explore some personal inquiry questions about how you do or do not apply these concepts in your everyday life. Sharing with one another is encouraged to highlight ways in which we can show up for ourselves every day, being creative in what each individual needs from their yoga practice to be in a consistent space of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
