Women’s Strength Training
Saturday 8th March, 10:00am – 11:00am and 11:30am – 12.30pm
- Learn fundamental gym-based strength training techniques in a female environment
Women’s Pull-up Progression
Saturday 15th March, 10:00am – 11:00am and 11:30am – 12.30pm
- Develop the necessary foundations to perform pull-ups safely
- Learn how to begin bodyweight pull-ups and the progression to weighted pull-ups
- Advanced techniques and plateau breakthroughs
