Come get stronger with Lee from ATP Coaching & Performance!

Next month we’ve got four more workshops from Lee Mackintosh at ATP Coaching and Performance lined up, focusing on women’s training! If you’re female-identifying and looking to level up your strength and pull-up game, these are for you:

Women’s Strength Training
Saturday 8th March, 10:00am – 11:00am and 11:30am – 12.30pm

  • Learn fundamental gym-based strength training techniques in a female environment

Women’s Pull-up Progression
Saturday 15th March, 10:00am – 11:00am and 11:30am – 12.30pm

  • Develop the necessary foundations to perform pull-ups safely
  • Learn how to begin bodyweight pull-ups and the progression to weighted pull-ups
  • Advanced techniques and plateau breakthroughs

Workshops are just $20 each with your Uprising membership, or $30 without.
